Partly answered if you look at effort from major parties into using internet to get their ideas out.

Some realized just how many people prefer reading on internet where limited control over what they can read.

Hurry up affordable broadband for all rural users !

hi guys ...
'avin a rave excuse the hissies
- problem being of course that down under the standard of journalism has always been substandard and unprofessional.
- bipartisan approach? .... forget it
- i really blame the editors and the educators in this regard, something crook in the land of nod here.
then:
- with the advent of political parties doing the "online , self promo" u spew, face lift and my ego trip bit, we don't stand a bleedin' chance of ever seeing another _object_ive piece of political journalism again!!!!
- only balance may be open forums like this, but they are a dime a dozen if you ether around a bit and always subject to triffid invasion
- now if some megalomaniacs get their way and take control of online content (as in censorship and terrorism law recently enacted) we are doomed ... and i mean that seriously. add the recent telecommunication laws (privacy v's sedition) and we are absolutely r.f. 'ed
sedition ...now thats a nasty word that one!!
cheers
v.
