Mr Andrews needs to wake up as to what's going on around him,it's not only the African immigrants that aren't assimiliating.In Perth it's reached the point where many won't go into certain areas at night, because of the different gangs of All races.It seems to be a common occurance on week-ends for someone to get knifed or beaten,yet many within government have said we don't have a gang problem.Just what does it fall under in their book,togetherness?
