who are the racists?

I absolutely refuse to entertain the idea that the 'poor' white skinned people of Australia are 'fleeing' racial hatred. The comment shows little in the way of understanding about race and privilidge in our society.  
 
If you are so concerned about rising rates of hatred in the community why don't you join a community group that helps refugees instead of blaming the 'other'?
