Not Surprising

When I arrived in this country during 1981 from the UK, farmers were being severely critisised by science and government alike for their rape of the land. Prior bad management practices in 'clearing the bush' especially in WA for crop planting. Wheat I think.

Has it now come to bite them on the bum so-to-speak? Do farmers want climate change as a 'whipping boy' for past actions?

Many of them are unsustainable and should quit the land, trouble is no-one seems capable of telling them. Except the banks of course!
