"liberation"

Ok so we had to invade Iraq so that China wouldn't invade Iraq... which they were just about to... is that right? And we had to invade Afghanistan to make sure 'we' could sabotage the supply of oil to China and Russia, in case the need ever arose- for example to protect freedom and democracy in the world.
So if we liberate Iran- by killing half a million or a million or them too- this would be an important step, right? To prevent tyranny?
And in fact, if 'we' were to liberate Iran, 'we' would have liberated a nice little chunk of the middle east from Afghanistran right down to the border of Saudi Arabia... Wouldn't that be a great act of freedom. For the whole world! I understand where Hitler was coming from now. Imperialism is really a wonderful, liberating thing isn't it.
