More Bizzare :-(

this just keeps getting more and more bizzare  
 
I have just been told the Workplace ombudsman cannot investigate if I have been sacked while on sick leave but can investigate if I have been sacked for receiving sick pay while on sick leave. 
 
 
They have admitted the wording on their web page is misleading.

A million stories

A story not unlike many others, there are even greater horror stories if you dig into the Child Care Support Agency beaurocracy.  
 
To bad this chap does not belong to the retailers union, perhaps he might've got some representation through it. Even then I doubt there would be much benefit. 
 
Never ever rely on advertising.... especially govt advertising regardless from whom it represents. 
 
My advice.. go find a decent employer and screw this one commercially.
